When I began to meditate on the idea of an Editors poster I began by thinking of all the writer friends I have out there thrashing out ideas against the background of the cold infinite and warm divine. I was tweaked on the ass by the good old Existentialist Albert Camus and his edict that “the absurd is the essential concept and the first truth.” So I poured out this design in heavy metallic blue and metallic red with a deep blue tint. Against a backdrop of the depths of space, the ever present modularity of the keyboard of modern reality.

I am pleased to introduce my latest release, "Ironlak Attack".  Ironlak Attack was created using 12 hand cut stencils and Ironlak* brand spraypaint.  The prints measure 30"x22" and are sprayed on Stonehenge paper.  Each of the 20 prints in the edition have unique color Can top colors and unique art being tagged on the bottom of the Cans. The Declaration Of Independence was written in a time when men wore wigs and fought with muskets. The phrase in my print implies that people have the right to revolution and positive change in pursuit of their happiness. I don’t see blood spilling into the streets, the revolution I see is in the hearts and minds.

SGT Hicks R&R by Huck Gee

Huck has finally finished the next print in his Colonial Life series, and it’s quite huge… theUTCMC Sgt Hicks R&R print. Hicks is getting in quite late (or is that early?) to his lakeside retreat. Salvaged from a downed Nrezatarian Class Cruiser, we think he’s cleaned the place up quite nicely. Each is printed on fine art watercolor paper (225gs), 24″x12″ (26″x14″), signed, and gold embossed in the top left corner with the print #. Limited edition run of 99 prints, $75per print.

While our current store is stable enough to handle day to day sales, it will not handle the masses all trying to buy this print at the same time (which has been proven several times now, unfortunately). We are currently building a new store but we haven’t had time to put it into service.
